Time spent making: ~2 days, mostly waiting for paint to dry XD
Amount spent: Wig: ~$70, shirt ~$10, shinguards ~$15. Already had the socks and shorts are part of half of my tennis costumes XD

Why?: Sunny (seen below as Kazamatsuri Shou) wanted to do Whistle! cosplay for Yaoicon 2005. So we did. Though doing things in a rush = I make mistakes, like the extra white band on the right arm XD oops.
